Pla wriqhts SUSAN CUNNINGHAM, Editor and Designer of the original cover of the 1911 and 1952 Cotton Blossoms. The Production Staff, realizing that a season's success in show business depends on a popular hit, de- cided to have a play specially written. Selecting a skilled and dependable staff, they asked for a play depicting school life of IQSZ. The editor and sponsors outlined plans and each department launched into its specific work. The busi- ness staff devised ways of making money. The art staff conveyed themselves back to the Gay Ninetiesn to sketch appropriate illustrations. The literary staff racked their brains for ingenious ways of writing the script. At last in the mad scramble to assemble all phases of the play, the staff worked furiously to meet the deadline. Iiditing the Cotton Blossom was hard work, but after all - it was fun. 8.- SUSAN CIQNNINGH XN1 ANN DILLMAN HARRl1iTT HAWKINS DICK RICHARDSON RALPH CLAYTON lfAc:Ul.'i'v ADVISORS LORENE CUNINGHAN1
