5rlwnL Qagz School Daze resumed publication this year after having been discontinued for several years. The paper was a monthly attraction at school and was enjoyed by all students who purchased it at five cents a copy. The different articles in the paper covered the general school news, the league games and other sports events, social news, editorials, and features. It has participated frequently in assemblies, and its help has been greatly appreciated. The main feature of the year in which the Band took part was the fourth annual Bandjorie. The theme carried forth in the Bandjorie was that of fairy tales. Many selections were played by the Band, both marches and overtures. Several special numbers were also presented by various members of the band. The persons who have rated as the best first stand players are as follows: Iack Campbell, trumpet: Melva Dildine, clarinet, Harvey Iaclcson, drums: Harold McCarter, baritone, and Rollin Swacker, trombone.
