Mr. Ihrig’s Message Educators and parents must not forget that America’s greatest defense is knowledge and wisdom. America’s greatest wealth, her youth. Our youth of today will find among their needs for the future, the skills and at- titudes for effective human relationships; the communication skills and problem- solving skills for living in a complex society; marketable skills in handling vocational assignments in an ever changing automated world. These skills and goals may be attained only through the cooperation of three groups: dedicated teachers--responsive students--concerned parents.
