Student Council The Student Council is one of the most important organizations at C.C.H. S. and is the center of the student government. It is composed of representatives from each class and organization of our school. The purpose of the Student Council of Carthage Community High School, District 312, is to promote among students of Carthage Community High School a knowledge and interest in good government; to encourage students to accept and discharge their responsibilities to themselves and their school; to stimulate a spirit of cooperation among the students and the faculty; and to aid in the development of loyal, constructive school spirit.
