A. is a national organization of homemaking students who work together for better and happier homelife for all. They promote an interest in home economics and train leaders in the homemaking field. Among their varied projects and activities for this year have been: Sending delegates to state and national conventions, observing United Nations Week, educational trip to Peoria, sponsoring welcoming party for freshmen, farewell picnic for seniors, all-school parties, and Mother-Daughter Banquet. FUTURE FARMERS F. F. A. is a nation-wide organization of boys who are studying vocational agriculture. This local club enjoys an active program of educational projects and interesting activities. This year’s activities included sending delegates to state and national conventions and participating in judging meets and contests. Our parliamentary procedure team placed first in the county contest and third in the section. Social affairs included a Father-Son Banquet and parties for the freshmen and at Christmas time in cooperation with the F. H. A.
