This year we added a little personal touch to the book. We interviewed five students who had some unique characteristics about them such as Kim Voigt working at Alpine Valley, Kerri Puleo in her sisterlbrother band, Kathy Dickfoss belonging to the NWTA and Natasha and Nicky Krikoiian from Lebanon. We hope you find this an interesting addition to the book. Kim Voigt Kim Voigt, a sophomore from East Troy, Wiscon- ! sin, has a job many of us woutd tike to have. Kim works backstage at Alpine Valley. Her job entails selling tickets and taking pictures. Some highlights of her job include taking pictures of Rick Spring- field, Bryan Adams. the Stray Cats, and Wang f Chung. Bruce Springsteen. she remarked, was the a most impressive performer. He was well-rehearsed and prepared for any mishaps. For example, he . had back-up speakers to replace the regular , speakers if they faited to work. Even though her job in the winter - setling lift tickets at the ski resort I e is less exciting, she enjoys that too. After all, who wouldn't enjoy a job that combined glamour and fun!

Kathy Dickfoss - Kathy Ueftt with her mom in their costumes. Kathy Dickfoss, a sophomore, has a unique hob- by. She is a living history enthusiast. She belongs to the Northwest Territory Alliance tNWTAt. a group dedicated to bringing the eighteenth century alive for the public. On certain weekends during the summer months, the NWTA sets up authentic campsites all over the midwest. One can see can- vas tents, women cooking over open fires, tomahawk competitions, authentic dancing, as well as mock battles between the British and the Americans. Being a part 01 this group. Kathy has learned a great deal about the eighteenth century. She has also travelled with the group to Rome, New York, and Greenfield Village. Being a member of NWTA has influenced her to pursue a humanities major with a history minor.
