Diane E. Launer cr-DIN Gods asks no man whether he will accept life. That is not the choice. You must take itg the only choice is how. Diane was a Homeroom Chairman and on dance committees. She was also a member of the F.T.A., Ski Club, Unkle Ramn Society, and Girls' Intramurals. After furthering her education, she plans on becoming a grammar school teacher. Charles J. Lelko CHUCK Live for today. While at C.H.S., Chuck was a member of the Radio Club. His future plans include furthering his education. Page 40 Melanie Larrison MIILLANEY Who do I say that I am? To jqnd myself I need time andaplace to be myself Melanie Worked for the F.B.L.A. and ran in Girls' Track Intramurals. Breaking into the business world lies in the future. Carin LaSala rrCAR11 Human hearts are full of love, tenderness, and sympathy. Hold the right mental attitude and you have the key that unlocks them all. Carin was a J.V. and Varsity Cheerleader, and a Homeroom Chairman, She also participated in the Varsity Club, Ski Club, Hiking Club, and Unkle Ramn Society. Entering the world of fashions is her future plan. Robert Peter Leniart SQUIRREL Know then thyself presume not God to scan. J.V. and Varsity Soccer and Spring and Winter Track were among the interests in Bob's high school years. His immediate goal for the future is college. Albert Lee Levitz HALL' The only permanent thing in life is change . . . Ifyou accept that, you're halfway there. Alas activities consisted of being a Student Teacher and a member of the German Club. Entering into the business world is a goal in his future. Elizabeth Joan Leffhalm LIZ I-iorsake her not and she shall keep theeg love her, and she shall preserve thee. Liz's time at C.H.S. was spent involved in Girls' Chorus, ski Club, Literary Magazine, Girls' Track, Bowling, and as J.V. Choir president. Liz plans to beautify American women by becoming a make-up consultant. Kathleen Patricia Lemaszewski rfLEM:: I count myself in nothing else so happy as in a soul remembering my good friends. Kathy enjoyed singing as a member of the Varsity and Concert Choirs. She was also a member of the F.T.A., Unkle Ramn Society and International Relations Club. College lies in the future.

Nancy Barbara Kosciowiat KOSTY An ambitious student, Nancy was the literary magazine's business editor, Annscott News exchange editor and in the Ski Club, Loudspeaker, Drama Club, German Club and on dance committees. She hopes to enter college and pursue a career in the field of engineering. Linda Kukulya HKUKESH The love in your heart wasn't put there to stay. Love isn't love till you give it away. The Drill Team, Spanish Club, Unkle Ramn Society and Intramurals filled most of' Linda's time. Making that certain someone happy and continuing her education lie in her future. Barbara F. Kudrich BARBS It Ls only with the heart that one can see rightly - what is essential is invisible to the eye. Barbara was very active while in C.H.S. Her activities included student teaching, Spanish Club, Interclass Night, Softball Intramurals, Guidance Assistant and Spanish tutor. Future plans include a college education and a career in journalism. She hopes someday to write a novel. Carmel Kunis CA RM E L ' ' Do you love to live, or live to love? Carmel plans a career in interior decorating. Thomas Joseph Lane HOT DOG You're out ofthe frying pan and into the fire. Tom finds enjoyment playing the guitar and working on cars. While at C.H.S., Tom belonged to the Pre-Engineering Club. His future lies in the field of chemical engineering. Margaret Langer PEGGY Smiles are free and easy to give. Peggy hopes to do a lot of traveling, enter the business world, always try to be happy, and wait for that certain someone in the future. Nancy Ann Kozyra ICNANCII Yesterday is dead - forget it. Tomorrow has not come - don't worry. Today is here f use it. ' Nanc was involved with the F.B.L.A., on the Freshman Dance Committee, and Teachers' Luncheon. She hopes to better her business skills upon graduation. Robert D. Kulick GOATS A big man on the Football Team, Bob played Freshman, LV., and Varsity Football. He was also a member of the Freshman Wrestling Team and a Student Teacher. He plans to attend college and major in Environmental Science. Page 39

Virginia Lee Litton 'UENNYH It's nice to be important, but it is most important to be nice. Virginia hopes to become a successful secretary. Robert S. Loretto HSHIFTYH 'Nature belongs to the eyes that see it. J.V. Soccer and Winter Track were his sports interests. Bob was involved in the Spanish Club, International Relations Club, and was a Homeroom Chairman. Loves camping around the country. A successful career in forestry follows his college years. jeffrey Bruce Levitz rrLEVJ: Live for today maybe for tomorrow. But clon't worry about yesterday. jeffls interests included membership on the Soccer Team, F.T.A., German Club and International Relations Club. He was also Sports Editor of the Annscott News. Jeff plans to attend college. William S. Lindsay BILL 'T depart from C.H.S. only to live a good life, and become a millionaire. While at C.H.S., Bill was a Homeroom Chairman. External happiness and continuing his education lie in the future. Richard M. Ludowig RICK Goodness does not more certainly make men happy, than happiness makes them good. Freshman Basketball, the Spanish Club, International Relations Club, and Student Teaching occupied Rich's time. Attending college is in the immediate future. Laura D. Lydecker 'Teople see things as they are and ask, 'Why?' But I dream things that never were and ask, 'Why not? ' While at C.H.S., Laura's athletic abilities were evident in Intramuralsg however, her calling lies as a beautician. Robert J. Litus HBOB U Nothing puzzles me more than time and spaceg and yet nothing troubles me less, as I never, think about them. As Carteret's own jack Nicklaus, Bob was on the Varsity Golf Team and a member of the Varsity Club. College lies in the future. Kevin Allen Lower KKKE VJ, 'Toultry farms mean fresh eggs. During his four years, Kevin was a member of the Science Club, Spanish Club, and played Freshman Basketball. Immediate goals - college and saving the world. Page 41
