PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION The Parent Teacher Association of Carteret High School has always been inter' ested primarily in student welfare. In furtherance of this aim, it meets regularly throughout the school year. A secondary aim of the organization is the establishment of social contacts among parents, faculty, and students.
