Uutstcmcling or Service These students were selected by the faculty as eight students who have given much of their time in service to their school, The faculty stresses scholar- ship but qualities of loyalty, teamwork, co-operation and service are many times the out- standing attributes of a student who does not reach the neces- sary average for scholastic hon- ors. The faculty feels that these should be recognized for their outstanding service to Carter High School during the past four years.

D.A.R. Good Citizen Carolyn Craze The Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizen is selected from girls of the Senior Class. The girl selected for this honor is nominated by the faculty and elected by the members of the Senior Class. The D,A,R, Good Citizen must have the qualities of honesty, loyalty, patriotism, leadership, and must have an acceptable scholastic average.
