Pres. HISTORY OF THE CLASS OF 1966 It was the 18th day of May in the year 1962. Approximately 49 proud 8th graders marched down the aisle to the accompaniment of Pomp and Circumstance. It was there we were handed our diplomas and declared eligible to enter high school . After spending a summer of leisure, we returned to school to be teased as green freshmen. Some old friends had gone, only to be replaced by new faces to keep our total at 50. The beginning of the school year 1963-64 found us with only 45 members. We were silly sophomores who were inclined to tease that year's freshmen. Another summer rolled around, and we once more enrolled in school. This year we were jolly juniors looking forward to becoming actors and actresses in the junior play. That year we had a grand total of 39 members. Now we find that another summer has passed and we are classed as sophisticated seniors. We now have only 36 members. All too soon we shall once again march down the aisle to Pomp and Circumstance. We shall march proudly, but with a sad tear in our eye. We shall then go forth to seek our fortune. We shall be remembered from that day forward as the Class of 1966. OFFICERS Vice-Pres. Sec. Treas. Rep. 13
