SOPHOMORES Herb Kerr, Vice-President; Sherri Lynn Stenseth, Secretary-Treasurer; Evalynne Emerson, Student Council Representative; Mike Howell, President CLASS HISTORY As we began our Sophomore year, we looked for all the familiar faces we knew last year. Our class consisted of thirty-three students. Sue McLean and Linda Mulkey 0fConnor were not with us and during the year we were sorry to lose Judy Knowles and Marjorie Trabert. Joy Jones joined us, and later Ken Solomon became part of the sophomore class. Joy left us a few months later. Our first class meeting was supervised by our class sponsor Mr. Markuson. Officers elected were Mike Howell as president, Herb Kerr as vice-president, Sherri Lynn Stenseth as secretary-treasurer,and Evalynne Emerson as student coun- cil representative. Plans were soon underway for homecoming We worked hard to support our homecoming queen candidate, Mary Culver. We supervised the freshmen when they whitewashed the C , and we sponsored several sock-hops during the year. As our sophomore year ends, we are thinking of the sub- jects and activities available for next year. We are antici- pating next year as we will then be upperclassmen.
