Dressed as rival Banning, Songs and Cheers look tough, but are still pretty. Yeah, we ' re bad. Finalists for Halloween ' s costume contest strut their stuff. Cheryl Johnson (dressed as a bag lady) won first prize. Spirit week means great food, silly costumes and a whole lot of Colt Pride! Spirit week lets folks (students and teachers, too) have some real fun; there are contests, pep rallies, and best of all Mardi Gras with its booths and food stands. This year, Mr. Langley ' s Art Club stole the show with Colt Pride balloons. Grace DelRosario, Harumi and Ayumi Kumagai, Gloria Louie, and Jalene Chun munch goodies from Mardi Gras. Finger licking good! (above) Laschunn Brown and Deborah Sheffield lash Colt pride balloons. (left) Sonya Beckrum, Sandra Rendon, and Vina Miiiua offer a typically yummy Mardi Gras treat oh, those calories!

HOMECOMING GAME 1. Mighty Colls stomp Cardena. 2. David Niko blocks tor Tony Woodard. Cold October nights mean the Homecoming football game . and that means FUN. This year the mighty Colts ran over Gardena. Fans were treated to a special spark of spirit; this game always means a great deal to Colts.
