The Key Club, which is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club, is set up as a service organization. The object of this club is to serve both the school and the community. Key Club collects for the Heart Fund, cleans up the football field and concession stands after all home games, ushers for concerts, takes the mentally retarded around town to see Christmas lights, and provides Christmas decorations for the school. Key Club also participates in a basketball game against the faculty and provides a scholarship for an outstanding Key Club member. The highlight of the year is attending the district con- vention where they learn more about Key Club ideals, elect dis- trict officers, and generally have three days and two nights of fun. .gfii ,.f.f ' A I , 5 2 1
