A. whose purpose is Lhsspff to build fellowship of women and girls devoted to the task of real- WHE' izing in our common life those ideals of personal and social living to which they are committed by their Christian faith. The Club sent boxes to Germany at Christmas time, they took ma- gazines to the County Home and also sang for the inmates in the County Home Hospital. They sold booster badges before the first basketball game and they also make posters to advertise the games. The girls have raised money with two stands at the games and the sale of home-made 4-andy at noon. For disabled veterans in hospitals they assisted in the selling of for- get-me-nots. They had a Mother and Daughter Banquet Thursday, Feb- ruary 22. Now there are 63 members which is the largest membership Carrollton Y-Teens have ever had. The officers are: President. Rig Snow of Thanksgiving . was finally produced on December 13, Q, 14 and Ni. Many old time hallads, negro folk songs and other musi- cal numbers too numerous to mention were on the docket for the evening of fun. The minstrel, which starred such local stars as William Shepherd and Ikoh Cassidy. was under the direction of Mr. Wayne Stein- haugh and Mr. Wayne Thomas. Climaxing the evening of song was a varied vaudeville skit. a patriotic musical and a Statue of Liberty tableau.
