Members of the TV Club and Audio- Visual Club worked as behind the scenes crews. The TV Club specialized in pres- enting Nevvspoint - a periodical TV production, designed to inform the stu- dents of school concerns. Through this experience they learned the intricate techniques necessary for television pro- duction. Service was the Audio-Visual Club's middle name. Its members delivered and serviced equipment for effective classroom presentations, assemblies and pep rallies. Several notable television programs were also video-taped for fu- ture use. All in all, a group of skilled technicians emerged, and proved to be invaluable assets for everyone concerned.

The club was or- ganized to acquaint members with basic photographic techniques, and to stimulate interest in the art of pho- tography. Results of their creative ef- forts could be viewed on the bulletin board across from the Student Gov- ernment room. Interest was sparked by their officers: President - Pat Carrothers, Vice-President - Dave Schwab and Secretary-Treasurer - Chris Schmitt.
