Dedication The annual staff is proud to dedicate this year’s edition of the FLAME to Miss Sharon L. “Happy” Howell. Miss Howell has been teaching at Carrabelle High School for the last 6V2 years. She has been a good teacher as well as a good friend to all her students. She pushes them on to better themselves. Her motto is, “You can do anything if you put your mind to it and try harder.” She is friendly to everyone and respected by all her students. We are proud to have someone like Miss Howell on our faculty and proud to have someone like her to whom we can dedicate this issue of the FLAME. 2
