Now we're entering California where we pick up Tina Gay who has taken some time off from her acting position in Gilligan's Island. (She stole the part from Tina Louise. 0 Our Tina attributes some of her success to Melba Lominec who is her make-up artist. On the same set with Tina and Melba we found Director Tuckey Bryan. He was holding the Emmy that he won last season. In San Fransanciso we will pick up Debbie and Gene. Gene workes at a Marina where he is head of the Outboard Motor Division. We come to a stop at the Golden Gate Bridge where we see Billy Lolley, Randy Crum, and Thomas Ford trying to hold up the bridge because of an earth quake. And look, here comes the P.I.G. known to us as Eddie Moore, who is trying his best to find out what in the world is going on. After he found out who it was he decided not to arrest them. So everyone joined us on the Bicycle Tour. As we go through Las Vegas we stop at the Gold Nugget where Vance is performing with his great Sax. After the performance Vance will leave with us and move on to the fanciest restaurant in Las Vegas where we hope to be met by the hostess Frances Hawkins. After a good meal we leave to go to Los Angeles where we pick up Woody Cook who is pitcher for the Dodgers. Also Clarence Lowery who catches for Woody. And believe it or not Donald Mock is the first baseman. We're moving on to the Grand Canyon in Colorado and there we see Wayne Neel and Mike Cain on their tractor planting grass on the slopes. We are nearing the end of our journey. We will return to California, where we find Linda Bryant. She left her position as Head Librarian of U.C.L.A. to join us at Squaw Valley where we will camp for a few days and end our reunion. 26

CLASS PROPHECY As the class of 1971 leaves on its worldwide bicycle tour, we see that Jimmy Register and Winnie Sue Minshew have asked for leave of absence from his principal's and her secretary's position at C.H.S, As they pass through Sumatra they are joined by Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Stiner who are riding their bicycle built for two. The Stiners are now residents of Sumatra, where Ronnie’s oyster business is booming. Jamie is kept busy at home with their two little mishaps, Roneo and Jamiet. In Mississippi, we all stopped to watch George Sands play against Mississippi State. We just assumed that George, of all people, would be married by now, but George says he'll stick to bachelorhood. (That's what he thinks!) Poor Coach Doug Young had to see his team lose. They couldn't even score against the Spectacular Sands. When we reach New Orleans, we are joined by Beth Holton and Beckey Massey. Beckey left her interior decorating firm in Washington, D.C. and hubby, Ronnie, just to come here and decorate her old friend Beth's playgirl pad. As we travel on, we pick up Jackie Moore who has closed her dance studio just to join us. Everyone is getting tired, but we must continue to Cross' Motel. Ordinarily, Lucille rents only to single people, but she has decided to make an exception for her old friends. The next day, Lucille finds her place in the bicycle line and we pedal on into Texas. The first familiar face we see is Melinda Miller's. She is working as a Girl Friday for the Vice-President of a big oil company. Will she marry an executive or a football player? In Houston, we are joined by Rockey Moore who is in training to be an astronaut. He hopes to be the first American to visit Pluto. We almost forgot Cathy Singleton who was elected Miss Lone Star of Texas. Cathy hasn't found her Mr. Right yet. In Mexico we pick up Jerry, Dale, Mark, and Brooks. We heard that they’re really living it up on that stronger stuff they have found there. We ran into Shirley Smith and visited with her for a while. She isn't joining us because she and her husband are here in Mexico for their second honeymoon. AND ON WE GO . . .
