74fSports The Trojans had continued their winning ways, when the big match with conference arch-ri- val, Berea, came rolling around. The match was filled with ex- citement, action, and finally dis- appointment. Even though the Trojans lost, they had lost by only a few points. These few points would cost the team more than they could ever have dreamed. The final and ultimate challenge for the Trojans was the confer- ence tournament. Under the di- rection of Coach Phil Turner, the wrestlers were in it until the last match. They missed win- ning the conference by 4 points. but the wrestlers got their re- venge. They played Berea. the conference champ, in a match after the tournament, and they wore them Dogs out.
