It was up to the team to prove it. Their first goal was to win the Greenville Christmas Tourna- ment, one that had eluded Caro- lina's grasp for many years. H gygg in the tournament and began to open a lot of coaches' eyes. After this occurrence, though, the Trojans hit a bumpy road that they would not get off for the rest of the season. The team seemed to trade a win for a loss, some times, the cagers showed brillance, while at others, they showed little of anything. The season seemed to be one of sur- prise and intrigue. i 62fSports U As a result of the win for loss season, the Trojans finished in the middle of the conference with a decent record. Even though the season was not a perfect one, we were proud of our Trojans.
