The Trojan took on a whole new look during the l98l-82 school year. ln addition to a new staff, the organization also took Mrs. Scripture as its new advi- sor. The paper, which was printed at least once a month, not only reported news and happenings, but also the positive and nega- tive views of Carolina students. Receiving an elective unit for the first time was also an incen- tive to make the paper better than ever. Because of the improvement of the Trojan, sales and circula- tion increased. while the price did not. Goals that the Trojan staff set were to represent and include all Carolina students and for the Trojan to become a self-support- ed organization, existing only on its own sales. Ben Aiken . . .
