This youth activity program is designed for boys and girls enrolled in part-time cooperative distributive education classes. lt is organized on local, state, and national levels to provide incentives and recognition tor DE students. lt encourages group participation, leadership devel- opment, career study and is recognized as o vital part of the total DE program.
