DECA is the accepted term when referring to the Distributive Education Clubs of America, or to any of its activities. This youth activity program is designed for boys and girls enrolled in part-time cooperative distributive education classes. lt is organized on local, state, and national levels to provide incentives and recognition tor DE students. lt encourages group participation, leadership devel- opment, career study and is recognized as o vital part of the total DE program.
