Band The BAND, under the direction of Mr. Gordon Casad, held its rehearsals during school, and afforded many students an opportunity to learn to play a musical instrument. The band added spirit to football games and participated in various other school programs including pep meetings, P.T.A., and the Christmas program. Girls' Sanitation Committee The Girls' Sanitation Committee did a good job all year seeing that all rules pertaining to sanitation were carried out. Boys' Sanitation Committee Also working in connection with the Student Council, the Boys' Sanitation Committee kept students from damag- ing school property and made sure all the sanitation rules were upheld. A highlight of the year was the Choral Clinic held February l9-22 at Greenville High. Everyone enioyed singing under the direction of Dr. J.
