These Are The Cheerleoclers Who Led The Yells That Mocle Us Hoorse In The School Thot Coro Built I VARSITY CHEERLEADERS Marcma Pnllaman, Peg Van Tme, Bonme Jacob, Jeanne Battm, and Anme Qmunn kept our splnis up whether we were wmnmg or losmg Caro I-hgh changed 11: school colors th1s year, from purple and gold to purple and whxte Our Vars1ty cheerleaders, keepmg rn t1me wxth the change, wore wh1te pleated slurts, purple wool sweaters and wh1te C's w1t.h megaphones The IV squad chose purple corduroy skzlrls, wlute sweaters and pm'p1e megaphones The girls practxced many long hours after school planmng pep assemblmes and worlung up new cheer routmes The guls were on hand at every game yellmg themselves hoarse and xnducmg us to do the same Then- spmts never lagged, and then' pep was un quenchable They really convmced when they yelled, We' from Caro and we couldn't be ponder, xf you can't hear us now, we'll yell a httle louder' And we yelled, louder, and louder, until we were scream mg. Our gals were the best of the rest, and we were w1th them all the way, one hundred per cent!
