Academics are the mainstay of this institution, and as teachers and stu- dents we spend most of our time in class or preparing for them. Carmel's fine curriculum and devoted faculty prepares its students body for the competitive world that lays ahead. A large percentage of our faculty staff has not only dedicated themselves to enhancing our intelligence. They have also become our coaches on the play- ing field, our advisors in various activi- ties, and most of all our good friends. The most widely known and respected faculty member is our principal, Mr. James MacDonald. He has shown a great deal of concern and care for his students.
