Fore merly Carmel School and Clay Center Elementary School policy was made' by a joint school board composed of the county superf intendent and the trustees of Clay and Delaware Township. AU law passed by the 1955 legislature has since changed this. Clay Township extends beyond its old boundary to the new one of White River on the east. XX
