CLASS OF '53 President .... . Melburn Jannett Vice President . . . . Warren Dempsey Secretary. . . . . .Carol Eikhoff Treasurer .... . . Harriet Palm Class Reporter . . . . Kay Delahunt Yes, we are the Juniors, the class who has the work to do. At the beginning of the year, we chose Miss Elam and Mr. Woodward as our sponsors. The first hurdle they helped us over was the Hoo-Doo. We felt highly honored when one of our classmates, Kay Delahunt, was chosen, by vote of the student body, as the Hoo-Doo Queen. She was escorted by Bill Siever, a senior. We are well represented in the field of athletics by several of our boys. By vote of the student body, Lois Harriss, Kay Delahunt, Edward Sprehe, and Geroge Malone, were chosen to help cheer the boys to victory. We are represented in the Student Council by Lois Harriss, Warren Dempsey, and Joe Enloe. Other class activities are the Junior-Senior Prom, and our class play ---- then vacation and the happy thought that next year, WE SHALL BE THE SENIORSI
