An idea of what teaching involves, the type of salary to expect, and the education needed for teaching is discovered by students in F. T. A. Not all members of F. T. A. go on to become teachers, but at least they will know something of how teaching works. 52

FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA FS- Scotty Blair was chosen to represent Mid High's Future Farmers of America as the F. F. A. Queen. Miss Blair was selected in an election held by the boys in the club on November 9, 1966. Scotty is active in the French Club, the Science Club, and the Wranglers. She is also a member of the National junior Honor Society and was chosen most out- standing student at Mid High by the junior Chamber of Commerce.
