TOM SUTTON GEORGE ELLIS GERALD CARAVEAU PH T SI CAL SCIENCE In physical science, students are required to set up and work out experi- ments for themselves, taking note of the results. Emphasis is placed on lab and chemistry work. Students taking biology become well acquainted with frogs and worms before the year is through. All aspects of the plant and animal kingdoms are covered as much as possible in the course, and the students find themselves able to recite facts about subjects ranging from cells to mosses. General science students spend their time studying their environment and scientific principles concerning it. All science students go away with a new understanding of the physical world.
