w w w This is a year of firsts. We have, for the first time, two assistant principals, Mr. Doug Lynn, Sr. Mr. David Chavez. We also have start- ed registration by computers this year. As prin- cipal, Mr. Henry is in charge of public relations, finance, and other important necessities. Mr. Lynn is in charge of scheduling, testing proce- dures, and classroom management. Mr. Chavez is in charge of major discipline problems, fire drills and building and maintenance. Mr. Henry feels the main problem at CHS is that students just don't get as involved academically as they should. He would like to see school spirit im- prove in the future.. These are our leaders in this school. They are a very special breed. Our school board is comprised of men and women elected by the community to govern the body of our school system. Decisions concern- ing teachers' contracts, curriculum, attendance policy, student behavior rules, school lunch menu regulations and other school policies are made by the school board.
