PUBLICATIONS The Publications Board has been a major asset in assisting the three Carlmont publications. The board was greatly responsible for the formation of the new literary magazine, Echoes . In ad- dition, the board sponsored the annual matrix dinner and sent repre- sentatives to publication conferences during the year.
