Board members were a familiar sight at games and in the halls. Their work in bringing offenders before the Tri- bunal may have been resented but was a very necessary job. COMMISSIONER MARTIN McGURRIN BOARD OF WELFARE-BACK ROW (L to R): Martin McGurrin, George Schubert, John Paige, Todd Bart- hold, Hal Reynolds, Kent Bringhurst, Dave Matlock, Charles Updegraff. FRONT ROW: Sylvia Fernald, Barbara Wicklow, Marlene Bollhoffer, Elaine SeagTave, Kathy Cappus, Pat Baron, Pat McKay. CHIEF JUSTICE HARLEY SMITH TRIBUNAL The Tribunal Car Imont ' s student court, consisting of three sen- iors, two juniors, and two sophomores, tried cases of student of- fenders in the student court. The offenders could have attorneys and witnesses to plead their cases.
