DEDICATION This year’s dedication goes to Major Phillip A. Sullins Jr. He has been at Carlisle since 1 966. Major Sullins or “Commander” as he is often called is one of the most popular teachers at Carlisle. He is the instructor of Eng- lish, and Chemistry. A brilliant man, he has helped many cadets in times of trouble, and is always willing to lend a helping hand in all types of school activities. He is one of the few types of people that gives the most of himself in everything he does. From all of us on the annual staff, we proudly dedicate the Rebel to you. 6
