NOIM-COMM CLUB The Non-Commissioned Officers5 Club forms the nucleus for the discipli- nary system at Carlisle. Morale, which is a strong influence in school affairs, is controlled mostly by “Non-Comms”. The commissioned officers of tomorrow are chosen from this group, and honor and dependability are the deciding factors for their selection. Knowledge of leadership is obtained through duties per- formed by these men, and it makes them capable of efficiently and effectively executing the responsibilities of an admirable cadet officer.
