Students loved her for her patience with their fumbling attempts at learning; for her quiet understanding of their problems; for her gentle smile which restored hope in their own ability; and for her acceptance of each individual capability. Faculty members loved and needed her. Hers was a significant role in the educating of each Carey High student who was privileged to be in her classes. Courteous at all times, patient under all conditions, helpful in all needs, sacrificing all the way, were her personal attributes. She has earned a coveted place in the hearts and memories of us at Carey Ffigh. God gave-and all too soon-God removed one of the finest in His creation, when He called to eternal happiness.
