IN THE PRESENT Demonstrating his skills is Carl Dilts, the 8th grade Industrial Arts teacher. He also has the 6th grade spelling class under his instruction. This brings the total number of his students to 77. Mr. Dilts graduated from Ohio Northern with a B.S. in Education. He is the assistant varsity and Jr. High Football coach, and the track coach. Shorthand Dead Ahead” for Earl Greer, the instructor of Shorthand I and II, Typing I and Office Practice and Bookkeeping. He has 150 students in these classes. Mr. Greer is a graduate of Findlay College with a B.S. in Business Education. We have a problem!” Ausualstatement to Vernon Hull, our guidance counselor. He also teaches 83 students in Biology. Mr. Hull has a B.S. in school administration from Findlay College and masters in school administration from BGSU. He ably coaches our baseball team. OF THE PAST Smile” we say to Carl Cupp, the Agriculture instructor of 31 boys. We understand why Mr. Cupp isn’t smiling when we learn he is also the Driver’s Education teacher. Mr. Cupp was graduated with a B.S. in Education Degree from Ohio University. He also attended OSU. WHAT Binomial Theorem?” asks Michael Currence, our mathematics teacher. He is a graduate of Fairmont State College with a B.A. Degree in Mathematics. We find 120 students enrolled in his Algebra I and II, plane and solid Geometry and Trig classes. Mr. Currence also coaches Jr. High and assistant varsity football and reserve basketball. She sings as pretty as a lark” Dorothy Dickey is the vocal music instructor of both the grade school and the high school. Miss Dickey received her B.A. Degree and a special in music from Heidelberg. FOR THE FUTURE What’s cookin?” we ask Doris Johnston, the 8th and 11 th grade home economics teacher. She also has 7th grade English totaling her students to 141. Mrs. Johnston is a graduate of Taylor University with a B.S. in Education. She has done graduate work at OSU, Capitol University,and Ohio University. Admiring her fine class is Nancy Kinnard. We will find 117 students in her classes of 8th grade reading and spelling, speech and psychology. Mrs. Kinnard is a graduate of Ashland College where she earned her B.S. in Education Degree. The Happy Professor” is Myron Koch. Abusy man, he was graduated from Heidelberg University with a B.A. Degree. Mr. Koch has attended Ohio State University, Ohio Wesleyan and Florida State.
