oollce P' SEl1IOR CLHSS We, the Seniors of Carey High School, are now nearing the top of the ladder which leads out into the wide, wide world. We have spent four years courageously ascending to the top of this ladder. During the as- cension, a few of our classmates have dropped out and have been left along the way. Several have joined the armed forces. A ln this our Senior year, we chose Lloyd Hill, President, Donald Krebs, Vice-President, and Barbara Johnson, Secretary, to lead us up the last rungs of the ladder. Also, we have been faithfully encouraged and advised by Miss Smith. We are greatly indebted to her. l We chose for our class colors, American Beauty and White, and American Beauty Roses for our class flower. We have had many dances this year including a Sadie Hawkins Day dance. Our class hod two parties which were very successful. One was a Christmas party and the other was a Valentine party. We are hoping to have several more before the year is over. We are also looking forward to the Junior-Senior banquet and prom before we reach the top of the ladder. NA esidem, mes.
