Miss Kessler is said to have been implicated in an 'eternal trianglef A'Attorney Kirtland Straw, successor of Darrow, the wonderful criminal lawyer, just saved the notorious bandit, 'Franklin Brown,' from the gallows. This is another star in the great attorney's crown. Miss Mildred Campbell, former Carey beauty, has become a very suc- cessful cabaret dancer. Last week, she joined the Ziegfeld Follies, now under the direction of Clayton Twining. Mr. Maxwell Steen and his wife, formerly Miss Margaret Ann Pepple, were recently in Paris upon the invitation of Willis Fosty, who invited them to attend the opening of his opera, the largest in the world.
