Under the supervision of Brother Lucas, it is one of the most active extra-curricular activities at Hayes. Because of their interest in radio as a future occupation the members study in prep- aration for an operator's license. Once a student obtains a license, he may then begin work on equipment he will need for his occu- pation. The interest ofthe members is keen and Brother Lucas fans it with his cooperative and helpful guidance. Several seniors construct a radio in their workshop after school.
