As the altar boy presents the water and wine. the students pray that their gifts-their livesimay also be acceptable to Ciod. the Father Almighty. As part of the spiritual program at C. D.. Mass is celebrated for an.l followed by the students each week. To ignore religious doctrine is to otter an incomplete education. That is the point of division between secular and Catholic schools. Because of this, religion is the essence and end of our parochial school system. The four-year course of study in this subject is comprehensive, since it contains historical and theoretical religion wedded to the religious practice found in weekly Mass, mission activities. the great availa- bility of the Sacraments. the annual novenas, and the like.
