Pro hecy Sharon Oberle Sharon is a nurse and a very successful one She hasn t married yet, although she has two or three standing offers she is considering, the men being wealthy Since they are inmates of the Menninger C11n1c, Sharon is rather skeptical and thinks she had better rely on her own income to take care of herself However, she hasn't give up hope, she knows her dream man will come along some day Esther Rowe After getting her degree in Commerce from Harvard, Esther came back to her old home town to teach There have been many rumors lately about her romance with Mr Oar, the owner of the vitamin pill factory in Carbondale When I asked her about it she said, Yes wedding bells will be ringing soon Tommy Bevan Tom 1S now the sole owner of the Carbondale Baseball team, which is in the Amer1can League When Tom was playing with the team, he lived up to his ch1ldbood name of Ballbat Bevan by hitting so many home runs that it broke Babe Ruth s record The latest reports on Tom say that he has just purchased a new flying saucer for his weekly trip to Melvern Jerry Buchheim Jerry was a big surprise to all of his classmates He is a Senator now with a plush home in Washington, D C He is helping Congress lower the farm prices Although there have been many leap years since that May day back in 56 , none of the women seem to have been able to catch him Wayne Chaffin Wayne, after twenty years in the Navy, is now retired and drawing full pay KHe married the Admiral s daughter J He is living in San Francisco with his wife and thirteen children important matters the Navy always refers to Wayne Everyone knows that he was the best cook the Navy ever had Mary Jolly Yes, as you suspected, Mary is married, in fact, this is her twelvth husband, her latest being the world champion wrestler He is a little larger than Mary, but she still 1S a very devoted wife and manager for her husband They living in Carbondale, and every Wednesday n1ght you can go see them at the wrestllng matches in the Carbondale Auditorium JoAnn Ganger JoAnn f1na1ly reached her goal She is the buyer for the Granger Oil Company Incor porated, her latest tr1p be1ng 1nto Afr1ca to obtain a new motor oil Her trip was not in va1n She purchased several barrels of the new oil, which, by the way, is red and very delicately scented man has been able to catch JoAnn yet She is always on the move Jerry F1nlay After f1ve years in Hollywood, Jerry, the second Frank Sinatra, was ordered by his doctor to leave because he was allergic to movie cameras He is now a disk Jockey in Washington, C He and his wife, Zona Vute, CRussia's answer to Marilyn Monroel, are often found in the company of Congressman Buchheim at the most exclusive night spots in town Tommy Mercer For the past ninteen years, Tom has been employed with the New York Highway Patrol During those years he has upheld the law to the last letter In three months he plans to retire and come back to his old home town to spend the rest of his days Due to his outstanding service record in Darrell Vail Due to Darrell s outstanding scholastic record in college, he has become Dean of Harvard University Th1s appointment, however, does not prevent his commuting by rocket to Carbondale every weekend to visit h1s fiancee, Beverly Last week he finally got her to set the date for their wedding It took him twenty five years to get her, but, as we all remember Darrell, he was a very persistent fellow Emma Waetzig Emma is happily married She and her husband Red, expect to celebrate their silver wedding anniversary next year on their 750 acre farm south of Carbondale They hope to have their daughter, her husband and eight grandchildren home for the celebration Emma leads a very actlve l1fe She is head of the P T A several Ladies' Societies, Grange, 4H, and many other organizations Harry Bruns Shortly after Harry graduated, he left Carbondale and returned to St Joseph, where he entered the used car business After fifteen years he returned to Carbondale to enlarge his father s supermarket at least that 1S what he said, but the facts speak for themselves The store 1S now named Mary's' super super market Howard Rowe Howard has a fleet of trucks running from San Franc1sco, Californ1a to Augusta, Malne He has been very successful 1D this venture His slogan 1S You Call Us We ll Haul You has his main office inthe old Recreation Parlor in downtown Carbondale However, few would recognize the old building since he remodeled it J C Shively J C is now retired after his career as head lifeguard at Miami Beach in Florida He and his wife have a lovely five story house, the very latest in architecture Most of his old class mates have taken advantage of J C 's generous hospitality and his large home by visiting him Gene Hamilton Shortley after Gene graduated from school, he began teaching dancing in an Arthur Murray Dance Studio in New York About five years ago, he decided to branch out on his own Two months ago he reintroduced the Rock and Roll Music, which was so popular the year he graduated from C R H S , to the men of Jazz on Basin Street in New Orleans With Gene's help this tempo is bound to become old standard John Juarez John has traveled in a majority of the countries of the world during his three 4 year terms in the Navy On one of his voyages around the world, he saw the condition of the natives He is now a missionary in Peru with his wife and three children John has helped the natives greatly and solicits his former classmates every year on his leave for aid for the natives Roma Claar Roma was no great surprise to her classmates After graduation she secured an office job and invested her savings in theater stock She now owns a nation wide chain of theaters During her spare time she had turned to wrestling and is now awaiting a rematch for the title For this match he has promised to send free ringside tickets to all her fellow classmates .
