wp- DEBATE Lively interest in speech was evidenced when high schools f Southeastern Utah met at Carbon Col- lege, April 6, to hold the regional speech and foren- sic contest. Several schools had entrants in the debates, orations, and extemporan- eous speaking. Winners from the regional meet were entitled to go to the state contests in Salt Lake City.
