But I was only TWO minutes late toxclassf' Most students see faculty members as that per- son behind the desk with the grade book. Others see the faculty as the person who sponsors their club, or gives out detentions. While all of these things are true, other jobs are also taken care of by the faculty. ' One hundred and nine Caprock faculty mem- bers perform duties ranging from answering the phone to running off stencils to fixing schedules to teaching biology to taking roll to making announcements to sponsoring FTA to attending assemblies. This list could go on and on. The work is never ending for a teacher who must plan lessons, teach class, grade papers and sponsor activities. Some- how each one has a supply of energy hidden away for those times when things can get trying-
