W x. E, Q. 7 J -bn We Do These Things The things we do and the places we go are all a part of our lives. We participate in school activities as well as out- side activities. We buy items from the differ- ent school clubs. These range from hats, caps, and scarfs to pens and shampoo. After school hours our sup- port is given to sports. We go to tennis matches, volleyball games, football games, basket- ball games, track meets, wres- tling matches and any other sports events. We spend five days a week, seven hours a day in school. This routine starts in August and ends in May. The cheerleaders prepare pep rallies for each football game. They must prepare a skit, paint banners, and organize the pep rally. To help raise spirit the band plays at freshman and varsity pep rallies. Homecoming Princesses are presented at the Homecoming pep rally. Students are rewarded for participating in different types of spirit contest at pep rallies. We go to games to back our teams when they win and when they lose. After every pep rally and every game the students stand to sing the school song. 113 Gina Valarde, Sara Errington, and Debbie Crosby Q23 Fonda Uselding, Rhonda Fowler, Tif- fany Wilson, Teresa Long, Francine Alderete, Darlene Wyats 137 Tracy Wolken and her friends Q43 Bruce Nipp C55 Tim Devenney C61 Paula Wil- liams, Jolene Hill, Sara Errington, Pam Little C73 Crwdt ftball 8V ' ftbll o aaoo gamefjarsityooa game Q91 J.V. football game C1 OJ Varsity football Arnfinn Makes New Home With Mata's Arntinn Blakstad came to America from Norway for the 1977-78 school year.
