Students who arrived late were greeted with a warm, friendly smile and a tardy pass. Mrs. Cross. attendance clerk. su- pervised the collection of attendance cards and the recording of absences. She posted the reinstatement list daily and sent a similar list to each teacher. Mrs. Connell, school secretary, performed regular secretarial duties. She also had the responsibility of carrying school money to the bank each day. Mrs. Vineyard, typing assistant, did extra typing and assisted the other personnel. She answered the phone many times daily. Mrs. Sims, RN., cared for injured and ill students and made a yearly health check of students. Mrs. Cox, new to the Caproclc faculty. was school librarian. She maintained an orderly and quiet li- brary for the students and faculty. Mrs. Wanda Cross. Mrs. Judy Connell, and Mrs. Susie Vineyard, office personnel. keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. l-'L
