They are: Dick Huber, Ruth Wellhausen, Patsy Willbanks, Melvin Bowen, Marvaina Dean, Albert Locatelli, Aileen Hurley, Herman Moreno, and Jack O'Connor. In the first grade our teacher was Mrs. Moore and our principal was Mr. Esdon. The ohly improvement was the addition of a new-roof on the auditorium. Most of us passed into the second grade. There our teacher Mrs. Peake gave us harder work than we had had in the firs+ grade. As we went through the different grades we met many hardships, but we con- querod most of them. In the third and fourth grade's our teacher was Miss Woolsey. In the fifth grade our teacher was Mrs. Nordstrum, but due to family illness we had many substitutes. Our teacher in the sixth grade was Miss Johnson, who is still teaching here. Our teac11er in the seventh grade was Mr. Medlen. Most of the class enJ0Y65- him very much. In the eighth grade the teachers were Mr. Miller and Mrs. Peake. The reason for the two teachers in the eighth grade was because it was divided into two classes. ,
