CH's Estes heads board, city superintendent serves third year ln his third year as superintendent of schools, Dr. Bill Lillard administered affairs for the school system which tallied 74,729 students. Working with Dr. Lillard and representing the Capitol Hill area as president ot the school board was long-time board member Foster Estes. Counselors Mildred Chase, Della Schooling, O. R. Williamson and Richard Krueger met the in- creasing enrollment still with the objective of placing each student where he could individually benefit most from his education. Q--E-4-if lll, s 3, l s.
