I There's always something cooking in the high school students' pot - a party, or a game, or maybe a convention. In the fall CHHS was hostess to the Southern Association of Student Councils and in the spring we had a big music convention. O l. Members of the government class, upper left, decorated a small Christmas tree and had a won- derful party. Mrs. E. T. Moore, homeroom mother, made home-made sweet rolls and beautiful little cakes. Every member of the class put some decora- tion on the bright little tree. C 2. A milling throng of enthusiastic rooters, left, holds a between-halves pep rally during the Shawnee-Capitol Hill basketball game. Shawnee went on to win the State Champion- ship. O 3. This interesting story of a proper Bostonian was the All-school fall show. Norman Dun- can, Barbara Schomp, and Delores Jen- nings, left to right, in a scene from the play. 0 2. A group of girls, left center, of varied alignments, mourn the passing of Joe Tiggle who failed to avail himself of the opportunity to go to the Witch's Wiggle, Halloween dance sponsored by the DE Club at the Social -1 S. 1 s 5 t f x Z' 'D 1 O 3. The art department, lower left, under the leadership of Miss Dorothy Mayes and Mr. Bart Ward, decorated the float which was entered in the Christmas parade. The float won honorable mention. 0 4.
