Coming together is a beginning'- Cheerleading tryouts begin and end after days of intense practicing and hopeful dreaming, the Hnal day arrives and the most talented girls are chosen. Keeping together is progress - Now they must join together and create a goal for the year to come, always working on new ideas and showing growing enthusiasm. The Cougarette Drill Team gets better and better each year. This year the Drill Team started practice during the summer and continued to do so throughout basketball season. They performed at the football games, basketball games and at the rowdy assemblies. Tracey Wofford competed in the Washington State Miss Drill Team contest in Spokane. Tracey came home with a fantastic Hrst. The Drill Team then got busy for national competition in Los Angeles by selling chocolate bars and having a rock-a-thon. After weeks of hard work, the Drill Team got the money, their routine to Can't Stop Dancing and Tracey had prepared her routine for competition. Yes, we the cougars are proud of our great Cougarette Drill Team.
