FOREWARD The Cape Fear Technical Institute was founded as an area school to meet the occupational training needs of the people of Southeastern meet the occupational training needs of the people of Southeastern North Carolina and of the growing industrial community. Every effort has been made to provide the equipment, facilities and skilled teachers necessary to allow maximum opportunities for the people to develop new skills, up-date old skills, and further their knowledge to enhance their value to industry and promote their own personal growth.
