The building which now houses Cape Cod Community College has had a long history as an educational center. It was originally built in 1877 as State Normal School. Following this, the building housed the Hyannis State Teachers ' College until 1942, when it became the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. In October, 1960, a new adventure in education began for the halls al- ready rich in educational tradition. Cape Cod Community College, a brand new idea in higher learning, once again opened the ancient doors to eager students. With great admiration and deep sincerity, we, the class of 1966, dedicate our Foreseer to the man without whom the yearbook could not be possible. We sincerely appreciate his encouragement, his guidance, and his quiet willingness to help the students in any way he possibly can. In grateful recognition of his untiring zeal in behalf of the students of Cape Cod Community College, we dedicate the Foreseer to Mr. Deane M. Warner. Student Life ' . ' ■■' HE : : ■. ' ■■.■■■■■.
